I am officially IN!!

After months of waiting to get into the marathon... I am officially in!! You see, you had to sign up by May 5th to get a guarenteed spot. I didn't decide until may 15th, so when I called to get in, basically they told me to try back in September. So I have been training ALL summer long, running lots and lots of miles, in hopes that I could find someone who was going to drop out and take over their name. Luckily, I found someone and was the first one there to transfer names!! This Saturday is my last long run until the big race-- 20 miles for the second time should be fun huh?? I have a super black toenail too as my battle wound from my running. Cool.
