Fireworks Extravaganza

The fourth of July was sooo fun this year. After the Kanab parade, the kids each took a friend to the movies to see Cars 2. Then we headed over to the Crowthers for a BBQ and slip and slide party. The food was great and the company was even better! After that, we set up for our fireworks extravaganza. Chris's mom, sister, and nephew Damon came over for our strawberry shortcake and firework show. We combined our fireworks with two of our neighbor families and it was our best show yet. Now that we can let off artillary shells in St. George, somehow the fountains have lost thier gusto!! The kids ran around throwing snaps at each other (and the men) and us girls sat and chatted. It was a perfect ending to a great day!!
